ching current situation as soon aspossible in order to act professionally in teaching. The system of educationaljudgment should be innovated so as to meet the requirements of the new curriculumand the needs of the modern society. A more professional, standard andteacher-centered educational institution should be established to satisfy Englishteachers’ needs, and meanwhile gives English teachers a larger platform to exchangeideas with each other and adapt them to the needs of the new curriculum reform.
