摘要:幼儿园男教师之所以不被社会广泛认可,政府职能部门也存在力度不够的问题。政府很少出台相关的政策与制度去支持这种新型职业的发展和推广,也鲜有加大宣传力度让更多的人接受幼儿园男教师的新举措,进而改变人们的落后观念。

男教师同样有权利选择幼教岗位,人们不应该歧视他们的选择或抱有好奇的心理去看待他们,周围的人们应拿一颗平常心去看待幼儿园男教师作为一种职业。由于幼儿园男教师少,容易引起人们关注,各种好奇与议论自然就会多一些,于是他们就显得极其特殊,在众目睽睽之下,他们难以保持良好的心态。
