In addition, she suggests teachers in HAFA should learn moreknowledge of fine arts under this context. It is necessary to learn the psychological andpedagogical courses. If possible, the young teachers should attend the professional meetingabout English teaching beliefs and methods as much as possible. As for the belief about thestudents, she believes that students are teachers’ partners. Teacher should treat his studentsfriendly. It is critical for teachers to build up the good relation with the students.

Teachers’ teaching beliefs about English education are similar in fine artsacademies. They all agree that interest is the best way to learn English; and the importantthing is to arouse the students’ interest to learn English.
