p;the  framework  of  conversation  analysis,  with  “Yang  Lan  One  On  One”  as  the corpus, the author wants to find out linguistic characteristics and forms of conflict talk. In the way of the initiation stage, the maintaining stage and the termination stage, the author studies conflict  talk  by  investigating  its  major  modes,  and  the  conflict  management  strategies  to relieve the conflict.  As  an  indispensable  part  in  daily  communication,  conflict  talk  plays  a  very  important role.  Because  of  the  importance  of  conflict  and  conflict  talk,  many  scholars  have  done  all kinds of research. Through the research on the existence of the phenomenon of language, we can  understand  the  meaning  behind  the  linguistic  phenomenon.  From  the  perspective  of conversation analysis, this paper reveals its characteristics, and come to a conclusion.  Firstly,  conflict  talk  has  three  stages  of  development,  that  are  the  initiation  stage,  the maintenance  and  escalation  stage  and  the  termination  stage.  Under  the  framework  of turn-taking, adjacency pairs and preference organization of conversation analysis, we can see that: In the initiation stage, the conflict is caused mainly by delivering direct disagreement and opposition between the participants. Both the participants want to express their views, want to let  the  other  participants  change  to  their  topic  direction,  which  can  lead  to  a  conflict,  that  is the initiating of the conflict talk. In the maintenance and escalation stage, there are four modes: interruption,  evasion,  repetition  and  negation.  Conflict  talk  can  be  maintained  and  escalated, because  of  the  efforts  of  both  participants,  or  more  parties  involved.  Because  there  are differences of opinion continuously, so in order to develop their own ideas and opinions, the speakers  will  take  these  four  modes.  In  the  termination  stage,  there  are  mainly  two  modes, intervention of the third party and topic-shifting.  Secondly,  the  author  mainly  introduces  two  conflict  management  strategies,  that  are humor  and  rhetorical  questions.  Humor  can  be  regarded  as  the  mitigating  strategies  while rhetorical opposing questions can be regarded as the aggravating strategies, which will relieve the conflict or aggravate the conflict respectively.
