ow to achieving the accountability in organization, many experts want to build a system to achieving the accountability in organization, and have some conclusions. Actually the accounting is a good method to achieving the accountability in organization in some degree. Many companies become achieving the accountability in organization through the accounting, particularly build the some rules of financial to constrict the behavior of workers and managers, it also has some effects.

Accounting as a important department in organization, it regulatory the rules of financial, so from a certain degree, it may affect the accountability in organization, and it also a effective mean of achieve accountability in organization, while actually it also exists some other factors achieving the accountability in organization, this essay will discuss whether accounting is the most effective means of achieving accountability in organization, and find some conclusions, which may important to the management of organization, and improve the operation effective of organization, particularly have a good system to make clear of the staffs’ responsibility
