Interviewer: that is to say, the first step of your internationalization is technical cooperation with Japanese company to develop software, right?

Interviewer: Do you have any plan regarding the future internationalization development?
Respondent: In future, we plan to export our products to more countries, especially the countries which have development technique in IT industry, such as the US, British, etc.
Interviewer: During your internationalization process, whether government (including nation, local governments such as villages and towns region and county level) in policy and operation aspect has the promotion effects? Which aspects?
Respondent: Of course, the local government has provided us both financial and policy supports, it has also introduced oversea companies to us for financial and technical operation. What it has done has achieved a expected results, now in Dalian, there are dozens of IT companies cooperate with Japanese companies, and more IT companies plan to establish a long term cooperation relationship with companies in Japan or other developed countries.
