摘要:本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,本研究主要以通辽市第五中学为例,采用问卷调查、课堂观察和访谈的方式,探究了以下三个主要问题:(1)形成性评价在高中英语教学中的应用现状如何?(2)影响形成性评价应用效果的负面因素有哪些?(3)提升形成性评价应用效果需要做出哪些改进?

in the formative evaluation,we should attach importance tostudents’self-evaluation and reflection,so as to clarify the construction of students’currentlanguage framework.In addition,students face some problems together to discuss,evaluateand question each other,know each other’s views.Due to the differences in backgroundknowledge and experience,students’cognitive differences are inevitable,but thisinformation gap itself is a valuable learning resource for learners.

2.2 Research questions

Although a series of policy documents and Curriculum standards issued by theMinistry of Education have clarified the direction for the reform of basic educationevaluation,it is unclear whether there are problems in the application of formativeevaluation by teachers in actual English classrooms and whether the application meets thepolicy requirements.In view of this situation,the author expects to have an in-depthunderstanding of the current situation of formative evaluation in high school Englishclassrooms through investigation and research,and proposes the following researchquestions:

1.How is the application of formative evaluation in senior high school EnglishTeaching?

2.What are the negative factors affecting the application effect of formativeevaluation?

3.What improvements can be made to improve the application effect of formativeevaluation?

Compared with terminal evaluation,formative evaluation is more susceptible to singleevaluation.Most teachers still have many deficiencies in understanding and practice offormative evaluation.In view of the existing problems,the author puts forward thefollowing suggestions.

4.1.1 Sharing learning objectives for each lesson
