Strengths- Coca Cola is world's largest beverage company, largest manufacturer, distributor and marketer of non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups. Its products range is attached to people in their hearts. Its biggest strength is its market share, and its local bottlers and distributors, which always make Coca Cola a one step ahead globally in service. Coca-Cola currently offers nearly 400 brands in over 200 countries or territories and serves 1.5 billion servings each day.

Weakness- Due to the recession which has hit the world harshly in third and fourth quarter of 2008, it is reported that there has been a downfall in sales, as because of the reduction in consumer purchasing power. Day by day uprising Health Consciousness and awareness globally amongst consumers is also becoming another weak factor for the company sales.
