摘要:Topic: To what extent is the labour market the main factor in the determination of pay? Discuss with reference to state regulation, the labour market, and what happens inside the 'firm'. Use examples to support your answer.

ess and the environment. Enterprises must be based on their own terms, continue to resolve these contradictions, to take different pay strategies, be possible to achieve sustainable development.
My advice is that if large scale enterprises with better economic strength, it should try to use the evaluation system by better-known consulting firm. For example, Beijing's most well-known foreign companies have adopted the CRG and other consulting firms’ evaluation system. Or, use the assessment system in the company's headquarters abroad, and then promote the use of the various branches, so that the function of price is best for purchase.
