y are relatively small. The findings of the experiment give ussome enlightenment on teaching.For English majors, the setting of regular analytic scoring oral test should beadvocated. The output of the school English major for the society should be thoseprofessional talents with strong abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, sothe oral language should also be equally valued or even more valued. The experimentresult of present study showed that the appropriate test pressure, guidance andfeedback will cause students’ attention on oral English and motivate them to activelyspend more time and energy on the oral practice. Analytic scoring oral test will causethe students’ attention to grammar, and the accumulation of the vocabulary andcontent. Also, according to the experimental results, it should also be noticed that thewashback of oral test on the depth of learning in the process of learning and thepronunciation & intonation and fluency in the learning results are relativelyinsignificant.
