We tried to forget something long ago, something our minds decided was too terrifying to realize. The present conception of the Antichrist would pale in comparison to the evil and bestiality it once was known to possess. It is the same evil and bestiality we have transferred onto the somewhat safer, fictionalized character of the vampire. How else can we explain these bizarre similarities? Coincidence? Or Synonymous?
