hinterland.So he determined to find a fairyland for adventure.In the southeast along
the coast,he found such a place.Handicraft industry there in Ming Dynasty was highly
developed.And the production was widely welcome around the world.And most of the
products were exported via southest coastal cities of China.Those sea merchants
secretly make big double masts ship.And they drived paupers to serve as

find a foothold place without mighty armed forces' protection.At that time ,Wangzhi
was not powerful enough to start his own business,so he went to his countryman's
place for shelter--Xu Dong Group who occupied Shuangyu Island.This Group had
mighty armed forces to protect it from the dispute of the royal court's arresting and
pirate's attack,and cosmically undertake the carrying trade.Wangzhi knew a thing or
two.He gradually became an important ringleader of the Group.
After Xu Dong was arrested,he became the cock of the Group.He managed the
business with a proper method,made the Anhui merchants rapidly grow up and rule the region.But he had an enemy--Chen Sipan, who was worthy of his steel.And this
Group frequently made trouble with his flottila.At the night of that Group leader's
birthday,he rose in revolt and destroyed that Group's armed forces and swallowed up
its business.After this, Wangzhi's Group's influence was widely spread and it
controlled the offing of Zhe Jiang Province.
We call Wangzhi a pirate merchant by his merchant and pirate management
feature.When he could do the business in gear,then he was a sea merchant.When his
commercial movements were kept within the limits under the royal court's ban on
maritime trade policy,then he became a pirate. Originally,he wanted to be a merchant
