An individual reflective element of a maximum of 1,500 words should be produced based on your experience of the project process for the IDM brief. This is a self-reflection and accounts for 20% of the overall mark.
In essay format, reflect on the following areas:
Project process: your own individual experience, your role, contribution.
Team working issues/group dynamics, team roles, your role. Utilisation of team strengths, knowledge/skills
Knowledge/skills acquired: what did you learn, what do you need to learn?
Future development/work, what additional learning/skills  you need to acquire
Apply relevant theoretical concepts: learning theory, e.g. Kolb’s ideas on experiential learning, Problem-based learning (see paper by Smith & Brassington in Learning Materials), cultural theory, e.g. Hofstede’s ideas
Submission is to the Assignments Office M208, 1 hard copy, by 19th Feb.
Feedback will be electronic, using this form.
