The construction period of the third phase of the project is 450 calendar days.

 Security objectives

All types of construction and technical personnel work with relevant certificates, all kinds of security products they use meet the requirements, there is no major casualty, the rate minor accident frequency is below 5 ‰ (Nanjing Planning Bureau, 2011).

Stakeholder analysis

The total number of employees of the third phase of the project was around 460, including 410 front-line construction and technical staff, 50 surveying, design, supervision and management personnel.
In the case of BJ project, according to the construction organizational design  report (n.d.),  the  project  was developed by Mingfa Group (international) company limited-Nanjing and designed by the Building Design Institute of Xiamem (BDIX), and it was supervised by Xiamen honest Construction Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd. In the project, the North Survey and design Institute of China Ordnance Industry was responsible for the survey work of the project and Anhui construction Engineering Group Co. Ltd. is the construction unit, the Construction Project Quality Supervision Station of Nanjing Pukou was in charge of quality supervision.
