Project Scope Tenet of the project: New Arrival of the Asian Beverage Phase of the project will be focused on the new product (drinks) of the store. The structure design of the convenience has been ignored for its efficiency. Their Beverages is almost the same brand such as packaged juices, sodas, drinks (sold in bottles, cans, etc.) although there are too many convenience stores. 24-7 Café has no characteristic among them even through the big brand of 7-11. The concept of the project is to realize a new value & idea from inside. Therefore the project will cover the market environment & analysis to make ideas real.  Freezer equipment: The cold equipment has to be put at the striking position of the store such as the position around the counter or the doorway of the store.
