摘要:文化差异使跨国企业不同于民族企业。跨国企业将面临更多的业务问题,他们的市场营销和人力资源管理中值得探讨的。

' turns to 'the world economy.' The world economic integration and regional economic integration makes the international business an inevitable trend increasingly (Nachum, 2001). Through the transnational operations, companies can effectively optimize the global allocation of production factors or resources, and make full use of human resources and natural resources in different countries. Multinational enterprises in business activities will face a variety of cultural differences due to different cultural backgrounds and geographical environment. Studies have shown that multinational business failure is usually as a result of ignoring the impact of cultural differences. Therefore, the study of cultural differences on multinational development is of practical significance. This report will firstly discuss the cultural differences between the UK and China. Following this, it will analyze the issues that are likely to arise during the company’s international business. These issues include the areas of the marketing and human resource management. It will also give some recommendations about the successful international business.

5.0 Conclusions总结


To sum up, the cultural difference makes the multinational enterprise different from the national enterprise. The multinational enterprise would face more issues of its business, among them marketing and human resource management is worth discussing (Beule, 2009). For the manager of this enterprise, a comprehensive study of business in the multi-cultural impact of marketing and human resource management is necessary. The enterprise with a new mode of business operation based on the integration of different cultures will be able to have a bright future.


6.0 Recommendations建议


For the investment in target market, the enterprise should put emphasis on the cultural differences, which offers the guide for dealing with cultural conflicts. In addition, the enterprise should also avoid the issues that are likely to arise in business management. The multinational operation needs a new strategy of marketing and human resource management, namely the integration and innovation of the existing strategies.
