1 Introduction

1.1.1 Background
From the development of abroad project management, in the 20th century 60 years in the United States. The application of project management is concentrated in the aerospace, defense, construction enterprises, mainly through its internal policies, procedures and lessons which has been widely disseminated; At 80 century, it had extended to the less complex, rapidly changing environment, a more stable medium-sized enterprises, at 70 years later and early 80 years, More and more small and medium enterprises started to pay attention in project management, and flexibility to apply in business activity management, whose techniques and method itself was also developing and improving step by step in this time; At 80 century, project management had been recognized as viable and good practices which can achieve complex objectives of enterprises. Until today, foreign project management has developed mature, and widely used among all types of businesses. With the development of globalization of markets and information technology, the competition is increasingly intense for limited resources among global enterprises, which calls for companies to conduct the most effective use of resources utilization, specifically, it need full control of the project in three aspects——cost, time, and quality of resource, while it use goal-oriented as guidance which instruct operation and management activities of enterprises.
With the development of modern society, science and technology, the rapid information technology, it becomes more diverse and complex of human needs, market changes, market competition intensifies and management, all these make a great challenge to traditional organizational structure and mode which are suitable for stable production and business processes. From the 20th century 80 years people got some hints from the software development engineers and technicians founded, and then applied the techniques and methods of modular programming to business organization, management and business process management from software engineering, which contributed to the enterprise management project.
1.1.2 Research content
Enterprise management project is a new management model. So, what mode does it have? What are difficult and key points of that? What is the core content in the building of system and framework in enterprise management project? How to build? How to deal with business process integration with enterprise management project? These problems issues constitute the main contents of this article, and it will focus on the issues of model structure construction.
