摘要:文章主要介绍了评估工作经验的作为发展的重要方式的重要性。本文主要讲述了毕业时毕业后找工作,每个公司对员工要求都很高,因此,毕业生必须有一定的工作经验,这才是走向事业成功的第一步。
According to an article Training an eye on India's campus-to-corporate gap by Pravda Godbole, IT companies in India including UBICS, HCL Infosystems, SEED Infotec etc have tried a newer approach. These IT companies for instance SEED hire fresh graduate to train them accordingly for a couple of months to join a company. A batch of twenty students then got selected to receive training to work in the institute. Such training programs not only prepare the young graduate for the challenges ahead but also polish their capabilities to be better professionals. This approach not only reduce cost for the companies, allocated for further training and the duration. A couple of companies are saving 2 lakhs on each candidate by adopting this approach.
This approach is also very adaptable for all other fields, including Business, Medical, Law or Media etc. Banks can hire BBA graduates to learn the process of banking in few months to head their own teams after the training. TV channels can train new film graduates to run and produce different shows as it is the training that will give them confidence to face the professional world eye to eye, about which they have studied for four years.
This type of work experiences helps a graduate in many ways. Firstly a graduate, steer clear of the hassle of knowing the work environment including his/her colleagues, rules and regulations, ethics and norms of a company working for years in a short time. He/she could all learn all this in the training period and then learn to focus all the energies towards finishing a project more efficiently. Parallel with this Multi-nationals and other employers should hire fresh graduates, eliminating the demand of 2-3 years of experience. As classified ads mention 2-3 years of work experience, which sounds a bit unrealistic for a full time student to hold. Companies should learn to steer the enthusiasm and flexibility of fresh graduates towards raising profits.
