At first, some concepts of creativity and innovations are introduced and their importance in learning organization is analyzed. Then, methodology of the report is introduced including the primary and secondary research methods. Finally, findings are presented from perspectives of Wal-Mart’s promotion of double loop learning, empowerment of employees, blocks to creativity and innovation as well as suggestions for improvement of OLD of Wal-Mart.
