I. Introduction
Characteristics of organization behavior in state-owned enterprises in China
It is common in socialist planned economy that serious the importance of incentive system is underestimated. Managers receive wages given by the Government according to administrative-level. Their wages depends entirely on their length of service, qualifications, titles and other non-market factors. However, after the reform and opening up, the situation in China has changed fundamentally. Although modern enterprise incentive theories had introduced into China since the mid-90s, in 20 years, how to mobilize the enthusiasm in state-owned enterprise managers has been an important topic.

Haier group is enterprise of collective ownership which is a form of socialist public ownership in China. Collective ownership means that the enterprise is possessed by some workers and of production. In the collective enterprise, the production is a collective property, can be used only by the collective economic organizations and their members. The state and other units can not allocate its resources, labor, product and capital. The policy is that collective organization is an independent autonomous, self-financing, economic entity, which is not controlled by the government. The ownership of Haier group is different from state-owned and private enterprises. Thus it is meaningful to research the organization behavior and motivation system. The study refers to theories of work motivations which have been applied in management of Haier group.

Sainsbury is mainly facing threat from Tesco. So it takes some proper strategy to maintain its market share and attract customers. The research focuses on marketing and advertising in the UK supermarket business. By comparing with other supermarkets, the purpose of the research is to identify marketing and advertising of Sainsbury by analyzing its strategies. And it is expected that the indication of the research would be useful for further research.
2. Literature review (900-1200 words)
2.1 Maslow's hierarchy of needs
Motivation theory in management mainly refers to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Maslow's theory suggests that the drive of individual growth and development is the motivation.
