Saunders, Lewis and Thornhill (2009) have pointed out that interviews allow a high response rate, enable question clarification and the elaboration of data through the minimization of unclear answers. The main task in interviewing is to understand the meaning of what the interviewees say. In this project, the interviews will be conducted after the questionnaires, with those who are available for deeper conversations.
