We can know that the strength of Shengyue Company is the low cost, including low labor and low material. And the company accounts a significant proportion on the micro motor market and so on. The weakness of Shengyue Company is lack of capability and managing experience. The slow developmental speed is another rock-ribbed weakness. There are also some opportunities for Shengyue Company, such as entering into the relative market, developing new motor product and recruit new managing teams. Threat is equally important to enterprise development; technology change and competitors are great threats to Shengyue Company. We can have an overall understanding of the research methods and analysis approach with the literature review; and it also insures the quality of this paper. We can conduct a comprehensive research of Shengyue Company under the guide, so that we can get better insight from the interview, and we can identify an effective marketing strategy for Chinese manufacturing business.
