Executive Summary
At present, there are more and more people who focus on reasonable usage of natural resources of enterprises, actively promote environmental 澳洲留学生Corporate Governance课程作业定制practices, follow the trade polices of reciprocal and implement sustainable development strategy. In the worldwide scale, most consumers and governments put forward these requirements to enterprises. Currently, issues such as climate change, energy consumption, labor protection, food safety, pollution and waste management, etc., have become important contents which are used to evaluate the enterprises by consumers, investors, government institutions, supervision department and other stakeholders. Among all the criteria, Triple Bottom Line is one of the most important, which integrate the people, environment and profit, making enterprises convert strategy of sustainable development to competitive advantages. Based on Triple Bottom Line, I commenced this investigation report related to the pulp mill of Gunns Limited in Bell Bay. In the report, attitudes of Gunns, Government, and ordinary citizens are analyzed; also it discusses how to handle with and make a balance between different viewpoints (pros and cons) in this event.
