摘要:The quality management of Nottingham Connexions Centre can be analyzed from three aspects: advance evaluation, service standards followed in process and subsequent evaluation.
Chapter I Introduction
UK’s research and practice on public service takes a leading position in the world, UK has much successful experiences which is valuable for other countries’ taking as References. In this article, it took Nottingham Connexions Centre as a research object to outline the significant features of its service systems and focused on its quality management, finally, it tentatively put forward recommendations for Nottingham Connexions Centre’s improvement.
