A sociability of leader will improve the relationship between employees and leader, thus improve the quality of work. However, critics have revealed several disadvantages of the trait theory, claiming that one person may act differently in accordance with the critical situation. In other words, personality is relatively variable and so it changes immediately when it is drawn to one or the other situation. This way the term situations appeared which means that personality features actually vary upon the situations. Another important element is missing in the trait theory, namely self-esteem. Self-esteem is subjective and effective evaluation of self-image, self-concept and self-worth. To put it simply, self-esteem is a feeling of pride in yourself. The higher self-esteem is, the more the person focuses on positive things and strength. Also people with high self-esteem tend to derive objectively positive outcomes and benefits of not so positive situations. People with lower self-esteem on the other hand, focus on weaknesses and treat everything around them from a negative perspective, seeing and focusing on negative sides of good and pleasant situations.

4. The contingency approach to leadership

In practice according to the organization in the management of changing conditions within the department of environment and improvise, there is no hard and fast, pervasive management approach. Management is the key to success inside and outside the organization fully understands the status of and effective response strategies.
A successful leader needs to use contingency approach. In the model organization, the leader has to make the organization to suit complex environment. Further subdivide the market; enterprise needs a professional team of deeply touched on new areas of business, to grasp market trends, identify needs, development of new appropriate services. At this point, the leader’s smell needs more sensitive, leaders the need for differentiated reorganization, expand the subsystem, decentralized functions, relevant departments or subsidiaries established in due time in order to adapt to the new environment.
As a theory, contingency theory is that there is no such thing as the best way to organize enterprise, leading a team, or make decisions. Organization effects in certain circumstances, however the situation may not be so successful it another way. In other words, this organization depends on the organization of internal or external constraints. For example, some enterprises are affected by war in middle Asian countries, people all know oil business is profitable, however if the country is in war which the company will be run any more or will move to another country.
