Anterior: 
• Breathing pattern is shallow, rhythmic and with slight sound. 
• Full symmetric excursion. 
• Resonate sound is heard down to the sixth rib. 
• Flat sound over heavy muscle and bone. 
• Dull sound over the heart and liver.
