1. Introduction

The aim of the proposal is to evaluate the ERP II application and implementation in an Import and Export corporation (I/E Co.) that the author used to work for in China. It attempts to evaluate the feasibility, the reliabilities and the benefits which are all based upon the management of the company. As well the proposal tries to explore the potential limitations of ERP II management and seek to integrate the business intelligence (BI) that might be the next-generation management system.
