This fact makes the seller never surely knows if he will achieve the sale, while the buyer surely knows whether he will buy or not. As such, the buyer is interested in multiplying sources of supply (expanding competition). He convokes, consults, listens to, compares, makes known their needs, without disclosing the reasons to purchase.
