ntsform a group or partnership voluntarily, and the learning activities are proceeded in each unit,they work together to achieve the same objective and function as a whole. The teacher evaluateseach group and assesses each one’s contribution to the final result. This is not only helpful to theteaching course, but also profitable to their future development in both professional and personallife.

Due to the fact that there are different levels of students, the learning effects would vary alot. And if the low level students group together, they may feel unconcerned about the class forthey fall behind others and it harm not only their learning effect and confidence, but also wouldbuild a wrong learning habit in them which will lead to negative circle. So it is suggested to holdgroups system in the class in which each group contains different levels students that they can bepartners to help each other. Adding some prizes and punishments is preferential for activating theatmosphere and motivating the students.
