摘要:Plan guidance-style teaching refers to the learning plan as the carrier, the guidance asthe method, teachers’ guidance as the leading role, students’ independent learning as themain body, teachers and students work together to accomplish the task of teaching.
II Literature Review
2.1 Definition of Learning Plan
As for the definition of learning plan, different experts hold different opinions.According to Zhao Jiachen and Zhang Chengju(2002), it is a plan of learning for studentsto use in the process of learning, which aims at developing their creativity and learningability. Learning plan is the case of the whole process of learning activities, which includesstudents’ direct participation, problems exploration and language points’ consolidationunder the guidance of teachers’. Learning-plan teaching is the process basing learningplans to implement the teaching activities(Wang Huanlan,2009)The transmission of knowledge in traditional teaching always goes in the traditionalprocess: knowledge →textbook → teacher (teaching plan) → students. Knowledge istransmitted to students after teachers’ processing. Students are always in the state of beingready to ‘receive’, and are always lack of learner autonomy and positive motivation.Learning plan teaching builds a new relationship between textbooks, teachers, students,and the learning plan.

2.2 The principles of designing effective learning plan
During the process of designing and learning plan employing, I summarize someprinciples in how to write some effective learning planThe contents and tasks in the learning plan should be designed to highlight thestudents-centered principle. This is the most significant guidance for composing learningplan. 1) Learning plan should be designed to give full play to the initiative of students inthe learning process. 2) Learning plan should be designed to let students have moreopportunities to apply what they have learned in the different situations; 3) By usinglearning plan, students should come to form the understanding of objective things and tosolve practical problems according to the feedback information of its own actions. In this principle, the steps of practice which are designed in the effective learning planare generally like this: create an environment which can arouse students’ interests andprovoke students’ thinking. The problems should be set inspiring to mobilize studentsthinking, to let students acquire knowledge through independent learning.
