human resource management is a broader term referring to the management of

human resources from two fields, i.e., the inner resource and the outer resource. The inner human resource refers to all the staff members of a business organization whereas outer resources refer to the human resource from the outside an organization, such as business clients and customers. The management of human resources from different fields can be conducted by the utilization of different technological tools. With the advancement of information technology, the computer-based information technologies are being used in different fields of HR management. This dissertation, by analyzing the technological solutions (which are considered to be representative in informational human resource management), conducted a detailed investigation upon the circumstances in which and functions by which the information technologies are used in human resource management for modern business organizations. use of technological solutions by modern business organizations reflects the need to revolutionize the methodology of business management with the more and more complicated business environment as well as the advancement of the information technology. Such a change in management techniques brings about significance in a series of ways. First of all, technological solutions saved time and energy of business organizations because such a technology is based on the application of artificial intelligence of computer science. In the second place, technical solutions help to revolutionize the traditional concept of business management.
