摘要:谈及2010年的富士康公司的连续13起员工跳楼自杀事件,整个社会为之变色,而类似的事件却不少见。根本原因是随着社会的快速发展,竞争的日趋激烈、生活节奏的加快,人们的心理负担也越来越重,来自工作的压力越来越大,心理健康问题越来越容易出现。据有关资料显示,我国企业的员工已经成为心理障碍的高发人群。

据英国的研究显示,每年由于压力造成的健康问题通过直接的医疗费用和间接的工作缺勤等形式造成的损失达GDP的10%。因此,企业员工的心理健康问题已是一个不容忽视的问题,必须引起高度重视。本文就员工的心理健康进行了进一步的调查,力图从各个角度研讨问题的根源,并着力于管理者自身素质上大力发掘更深层的原因,为我们解决员工的心理障碍提供了客观而科学的依据,并找到最终言而可行的解决方案。

According to the British research shows that every year due to stress caused by health problems through direct and indirect medical costs and other forms of absence from work caused a loss of 10% of GDP . Thus , employees of mental health problems can not be ignored is a problem, we must pay close attention. In this paper, the mental health staff conducted a further investigation , trying to discuss the problem from all angles roots and focus on their quality managers to vigorously explore the deeper reason for us to solve the psychological barrier of staff to provide an objective and scientific basis and to find the final word and viable solution .

 

进入21世纪以来,随着社会的进一步快速发展,竞争的日趋激烈、生活节奏的加快,人们的心理负担也越来越重,心理健康问题越来越容易出现。据有关资料显示,我国企业的员工已经成为心理障碍的高发人群。因此,企业员工的心理健康问题已是一个不容忽视的问题,必须引起高度重视。

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of society further , competition becomes more intense, accelerated pace of life , people increasingly heavy psychological burden , more prone to mental health problems . According to statistics , China's corporate staff has become a high risk of mental disorder . Thus , employees of mental health problems can not be ignored is a problem, we must pay close attention.

Psychological problems caused by the phenomenon are: depression, anxiety , fatigue, heart failure and other cognitive and emotional morbidity , manifested as insomnia, palpitations , irritability , forgetfulness , depression, irritability, low self-esteem , pessimism, rebellious , self esteem , nervousness, complaining , attention difficulties , frustration and insecurity strong interpersonal barriers , social isolation and so on. Which will trigger a series of physical ailments such as fatigue , migraine headaches, loss of appetite , indigestion, back spasms , nausea, vomiting , menstrual disorders, loss of sexual function , internal organ damage , immune system disorders ...... more severe cases can lead to alcoholism, promiscuity, gluttony , speeding , extramarital affairs, slovenly, addicted to online and electronic games , aggressive behavior , suicidal tendencies domestic violence .

According to the relevant data analysis , employee 's psychological problems are mainly due to four areas:
( 1 ) working pressure . Mobile communications , personal computer, the Internet appears to make radical changes in the way people work , mobile phones, laptops , e-mail , wireless Internet access and other modern IT technology and equipment to make professionals work around the clock by the ravages of psychology . Modern enterprises to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage , increasing demands on staff , rather than humane work environment, rapid updating of knowledge caused by fear, overwhelmed by all the information so that employees are often faced with a huge workload , colleagues competition among , tense working atmosphere , fall behind the nose to the grindstone .

( 2 ) interpersonal anxiety .
