摘要:高等教育的迅猛发展致使我国高等教育大众化时代悄然来临,大学生毕业生人数的增长快,形势严峻,大学毕业生的就业问题也就成为家庭、学校和社会关注的焦点,论文分析了当前大学生在激烈的就业竞争面前缺乏正确的认识,产生了很多的就业心理问题,要解决这些问题,必须挖掘问题产生的原因,本文就是从内因和外因两个方面解决就业心理问题。

随着我国高等教育大众化的来临,大学生的就业难的问题已经成为不争的事实。大学生很多在这个事实面前缺乏正确的认识,随着毕业的来临,也就随之产生了很多就业心理问题。

With the advent of mass higher education , the difficult problem of employment of college students has become an indisputable fact. The fact that many students face in lack of proper understanding , with graduation approaching, along with it has created a lot of employment psychological problems.


为了让大学生更好更快的适应社会。就应给毕业生以正确的心理引导,帮助他们作好就业的心理准备,建立良好的就业心态,尽快实现就业,对于促进社会稳定和国家教育事业的发展,有着极为重要的意义。

To make students better and faster to adapt to society . Graduates should be given the right psychological guide to help prepare them for employment in mental preparation , establishing good employment mentality , as soon as possible to achieve employment , for the promotion of social stability and national development of education , has a very important significance.


本文的研究对象是对武汉市汉阳区某高校大学生进行择业心理问卷的调查。选择大一、大二、大三、、大四的学生,采取分层随即取样的方法,共发放问卷212份,其中有效问卷200份,有效问卷率为94.3%。根据有效问卷的统计,共调查学生200名:大一的45人,大二55人,大三45人,大四的60人;男生95人,女生105人。家庭所在地:城市120人,农村80人。

The object of this thesis is Hanyang Area with college students for careers psychological questionnaire survey . Select the freshman , sophomore, junior , and senior students , then stratified sampling method , 212 questionnaires were distributed , of which 200 valid questionnaires , the effective rate was 94.3% questionnaires . According to statistics of valid questionnaires were 200 students surveyed : 45 freshman , sophomore 55 , junior 45 people, seniors 60 people ; boys and 95 girls 105 people . Family Location: city of 120 people, 80 people in rural areas .

College careers using psychological questionnaires, the questionnaires were from the academic, professional , work, workplace , career reasons to study other aspects of starting a career college standards , a total of 31 projects , each project is a declarative sentence , every assessment questionnaire time is 20 minutes. Scale for the single and multi selection .

The findings show that in the job search intention ranked first in the three -funded enterprises ( 32.23% ) , followed by other state organs ( 29.16% ) , a large state-owned enterprises ( 20.43% ) , research and education sector ( 8.15% ) , private , individual township enterprises ( 4.84% ) . The choice of the working area , open coastal cities and the capital city to become the first choice for most people .

Choose intentions indicate the three traditional hot college career has changed , that is politics , business, scholarship is no longer the only choice for the road of life . Although employment hotspots with universal tendency , dispersion and diversity but also increasingly prominent. A significant proportion of students funded enterprises optimistic about the large state-owned enterprises and that compared with the past , students have official standard consciousness fade , people who want to pursue their careers , people who dare to accept the challenge of becoming more social . Since the state organs, state-owned enterprises have strong stability , still attracts a lot of people , indicating that the traditional career concept of " Striving " consciousness still affect some students, occupational risk awareness is yet to be strengthened.
