Introduction  引言

Recruitment is a very important human resource process which can help the HR manager attract and find the“fit” candidate to apply for the position. However, the candidates and organizations may have differing needs and requirements of this process. the employer decisions about the selection of employees are very important to the operation of organizations and to outcomes that matter to individuals, organizations, and society. There are few studies about that have examined employer decision about selection practices find a wide variance in both the methods and extent of selection use in organizations. 

招聘是一个非常重要的人力资源流程,可以帮助HR经理吸引和找到“适合”人选应聘的职位。然而,候选人和组织在这个过程可能有的不同需求和要求。关于员工选择雇主的决定是对组织的运作,对个人,组织和社会的成果非常重要。关于审查选择雇主的决定的行为,一些研究发现这两种方法,并在组织中选择使用的程度千差万别。


These studies not only focus on charateristic of the human resources department, but also influence of the national culture on forms’ choice to explain the variance in employer practices. In this essay will  firstly learn about the importance of choose the right selection method;secondly introduce the method of organization use to selection candidates for a job; and following this, it will discuss what are the factors that will affect the organizations to choose selection methods.
这些研究不仅着眼于人力资源管理部门的时空特性,同时也影响对选择民族文化来解释用人行为的差异有影响。在这篇文章中首先会了解选择合适的选择方法的重要性,其次介绍组织使用,以选择候选人工作的方法;而在此之后,它会讨论什么是会影响机构选择选人方法的因素。


 The importance of choose the right selection method  选择正确选人方法的重要性

 The selection process are very important for the organization.Because of the selection process is one of the most powerful ways to choose the characteristics of organizations, understanding differences in selection methods is a good way to begin understanding the duty of a job. All kinds of methods can be used to choose the fittest candidated and avoid the emplyee become more and more homognous, homogeneity will have an adverse effect on organization adapility and hencem on performance.(Roni R. & Michael B.2006)

 There are many different reasons why an organization invests in the selection porcess. Firstly, critially identifying the content of the position in order to evaluate the role of work characteristics. Many times, the selection process implictily thought as more is better, the organization use different kinds of methods depending on the duties and tasks of the work and related practices such as training opportunity, wage level and so on. According to extnesive theory connecting work characteristics and selection, many factors are affect the candidates’ choice, skill requirements, amount of fomal training provided, and the level of pay, all of these have relation with the selecton. Further, skill requirements thought the greatest factor in the extent of use of selection methods.(Wilk, S. L.& Capelli ,2003)
