To help warden to manage booking in one secure place
All of the students’ information or file documents can be store in this system which is more secure and not expensive if compare to the cost of other safe keep method.

To help warden in inducing hostel rules
The hostel problem can be identifying easily through this system so that warden can induce rules which are point at the problem exactly. The condition of the hostel can be improve and satisfy the students’ needs.

Booking, Reserving and Managing Hostel

Our company is offering to our customer for one system that we called it as e-hostel management system in Alpha College of Technology. This system is very popular at oversea university, it also easily to apply at any time anywhere. This system can be used by admin and the college students.

At area of Alpha College, in Seremban 2

This system will apply at area of Alpha College, in Seremban 2 to reserve hostel room for student before starting the new semester. The student also can easily to know status the room whether they could be stay or not. Based on this system, admin can manage the problem about the problem of not enough space to put student to stay in which other room.

Students, and Admin or Warden

This system is designed to help admin to manage hostel system easier, especially nowadays the intake of students is increasing. Also, by using this system, admin will easily know how to key in data, information, list name, and status check in- check out and how many students enter the hostel room every semester. Besides that, this system will help students to save time because the process of booking hostel is simplify by this system whether students want to stay after back from holiday or not.

Moreover, we create this system to help Alpha College of Technology, especially to handle the hostel facility such warden also student TWINTECH and UUM that will use our system. By using reserve hostel, warden will know the total number of person stay or share at one hostel exactly, because it have limited to 18 person only in each hostel. If the capacity of hostel is full, warden can inform to student and put the student to another hostel or group.

When managing hostel problems

Normally, this system reserve hostel can use normally for after reopen semester before start the new semester. For TWINTECH students, they will start the new semester during in June and December whereas for UUM students is during in January and September because students will need to register name, address and other details to stay for whole semester. Therefore, student will use system reserve hostel to booking the place for stay.
