自成立之日起，我们坚持不懈的对国内外翻译资源及技术资源整合，并应用到翻译工作中。
已陆续和来自美国、英国、德国、法国等 20 多个国家 800 多名专家、教授，语言学家，工程师合作。
目标语言为亚洲语言的翻译，均来自说母语的翻译人员。如日语、韩语、泰语等。
人员所属为当地科研院所、大学，部分为自由职业者，但对翻译均拥有激情和执着。

国内专家翻译
来自全国各地国家级译审、国外留学归国人员。
各大北大、清华、人大，中国科学院各研院所专业人员，以及其他各专业院校。
其他多年翻译经验的外语专业人员约 2900 余名。
其中专业性英语翻译和专家 1600 余名，其它语种翻译近 700 名。其中翻译人员大部分都具有高级专业技术职称和硕士以上学位，许多具有高级翻译技术职称：教授、副教授、研究员、副研究员、译审及部分外交官等专业人员：
