The Brief For the last two years The University of Hertfordshire (UoH) has organised an annual forum for market research professionals. Each year, about 100 people normally attend the forum which is held in a lecture theatre on the de Havilland campus. So far, UoH has not assessed how satisfied attendees are with the event. Therefore, UoH wants a market research on the satisfaction level of the attendees so as to decide the future development of the forum. Then this proposal is provided for the carrying out of the market research. Severn parts are mainly included in the proposal.
