1.0 Introduction

The formation and growth of the social Media have become a new marketing pattern with vital strategic meaning, especially in changing the traditional communication manner and reforming the whole marketing idea and practice. The emergence of social media in marketing provides new opportunities for the enterprises. The birth of social media is a new platform for business to contact and integrate into consumer. Twitteras one kind of social media is a social network and it provides micro-blogging services. It uses wireless networks, cable networks and communication technology to pass instant message which is a typical application of the micro-blogging. Twitterallows the users to send their latest trends and ideas to mobile phones and personal websites not only to individual in the form of text messages. This essay will firstly discuss the way Twitter is used by most companies. Following this, it will select a company who does not use Twitter and explain barriers to adoption. Finally, it will examine how they could profitably adopt it without incurring excessive costs.

To solving these problems, Blue gala can mobilize the employees to help to promote the product and use advertising trend to advertise on the Twitter.
