In recent years, IBM has faced some problems. A growing number of clients complain that IBM cannot meet their needs in an efficient way. These complaints closely related to the ineffective and inefficient talent management strategies in IBM.

This essay will deeply analyze the talent management problems faced by IBM.
To sum up, in order to survive long. IBM should optimal its WMI strategy to satisfy the need of clients. They should pay enough attention to the deployment efficiency as well as achieving seamlessly transmission. The recent evidences have shown that changing related to its talent management is just around the corner. Many comprehensive factors need to be taken serious consideration before the success implement of new version of WMI.
