n this channel, 500 engineers were sent to provide teachings while reusable equipment was donated to the institutions. By it, the school and the enterprise realized best kind of win-win cooperation with practice and knowledge interaction, instrument and technology associated support as well as the actual benefit of reducing the two parts’ costs. On the other hand, as a matter of recharging employees, the organization provided distance-learning courses of degree education to its staffs. It established degree educational system with IT institutions and relevant organizations, for which the application environment and curriculum to be provided was both carefully examined, and lecture teachers’ association was also best conducted by the group with the schools. For that, the number of educated employees reached 5000 in undergraduate stage and 20000 in master level. All of those progress and accomplishments were made during my stay in the group. I have participated, initiated and guided the whole process in decision making, launching, practicing, problem solving, and effect scrutiny and process examination. In this human resource management part, I learned that if you expect to retain your employees, you should give them chance to get new technology skills and knowledge at first.

After the global financial crisis in 2008, the group faced serious challenge in cutting output and buying new instruments without necessity to recruit more high talents. Some of the divisions had high demand of orders from the market while were lack of necessary equipment and resource support. In terms of that deficiency,I initiated the establishment of a coordinative warehouse managing center with 10 persons in it. It was responsible for the allocation of all the spare but reusable facilities and equipment of every department as preparation for possible adjustment needed reasonably in requirement. But it faced problems and was blocked even in the first launch. Let me tell. As the duty of my division is in the serving of different production department (as human resource and technical support), when the resource and human support came out problem, the first solution finder and decision judger is me. In 2009, the product A faced enormous market popularity but at the same time its production division did not only demand human resource but is also deficit in equipment. How to effectively utilize and produce resources was a question thrown to me at that time. As a result, I applied to re-employ the staffs of other departments in vacations because of low market order inquiry there to enter after short-term profession training producing A department’s products. Also, in the area of equipment supply, as the dilemma between both equipment-ownership department and the demanding department, a technical innovation center’s establishment came to my mind. It was a comprehensive integrated group with 30 professions for technology support from the whole group scale. As also getting the technical training support from original equipment manufacturers, the profession team repaired and maintained the old spare ones, by which only using two weeks the engineers re-crated 40 machines, largely reduced costs.
