Since the enactment of the AoA (Agreement of Agriculture) rules, it has made great contributions to the liberalization of agricultural trade. not be deserved by the developing countries. Of course, this essay, from the perspective of China, will focus on some barriers on the market access to Trade such as Tariff rate quota, Technical Barriers, Anti-Dumping, Special Safeguard Mechanism, this four aspect , and discuss the defects in AoA rules on this part. Then several
convincing evidences happened in history will be presented to support our points. At
the end of the essay, we will take an outlook on Doha round and have some feasible proposals to put forward to solve the problems and improve the AoA rules.
