摘要:人类的流动性是亘古以来一直存在的社会现象,如今正在深刻影响着人们的生活。现代社会互联网络、移动设备飞快发展,从另一方面加速该现象。本文从不同的理论角度来探讨人类流动的深层意义,借助情景论,语义学,试图总结出人类流动学的模式框架。

problem is resolved by introduction of two mobility patterns that can be used to evaluate the mobile network protocols and algorithms. This evaluation is done by keeping in mind the means of stimulation which includes traces and other models known as synthetic models [25]. The systems which are deployed are measured for the sake of obtaining the traces mentioned above. There is a difference between both the models as the synthetic models are mathematical whereas these sorts of models consist of logs of connectivity or there is also a possibility of information related to location. On the contrary, the system that is used to get to know the movement of devices like sets of equations is part of synthetic models.

 

But most of the times synthetic models are preferred because of various reasons. Most important reason is restriction of the traces that are available to the public. The data is collected in very larger sets by the telecommunication companies but it is not given to everybody as it is kept confidential because of their being an important tool of marketing giving competitive edge to a company. This is the data used for accessing or shaping the customer’s choice of customers. Moreover, there is another issue with the traces. This is their specificity with the particular scenarios or particular environments and it is quite obvious that a thing which is specific cannot be generalized in terms of its validity.

 

Nonetheless, there are certain strikingly similar characteristics especially in terms of statistics which are common in data sets collected from various places in diverse environments. The similarity lies between sharing of period of the links and even the intervals at which these contacts take place [22]. Moreover, another thing which demands measurement is the functionality of algorithms which has to go through a sensitivity analysis. Problem is that the traces which are available, mostly do not allow that process to go on. The scenario of stimulation is distinguished on the basis of values floated by certain parameters. This may include the ways of spreading of speed or the quantity i.e., concentration, which cannot be changed. So, it may be said that if there is a need to go for formal analysis of the impact of stimulations that are a result of host’s fundamental movements on design along with the protocol of the system; there will be a requirement of mathematical model.

 

This is the reason for the presentation of mobility models for the lot of synthetic traces. As mentioned earlier, there is a difference between the functioning and applicability of every model; so, some models are used extensively like Random Walk mobility model which is more or less same with Brownian motion that is also random sort of movement usually following irregular zig-zag tacks. This model has extensive usage because of its being a representative of natural random movements which an entity follows most of the times [1].
