Questionnaire design:

According to Robinson (1999) that the consensus of opinion and to measure the quality of service in term of agreement and disagreement. Srevqual model developed by Parasurama et al (1985, 1986) has been widely used in this questionnaire to gain absolute result.

According to Zeithaml et al (1990) that Srevqual is the most often method for measuring service quality. This method compares customer expectation before service encounter and their perception of the actual service delivered.

According to Van Iwaarden et al (2003) has five generic dimensions are stated below:

Tangibles: Physical facilities, equipment and appearance of personnel.

Reliability: Ability to perform the promised service dependably and accurately.

Responsiveness: Willingness to help customers and provide prompt service.

Assurance (including competence, courtesy, credibility and security).Knowledge and courtesy of employees and their ability to inspire trust and confidence.

Empathy: it is concern to the individual care and attention to the customer from an organisation, like communication and understanding the needs of customer.

Questionnaire is design in a brief and simple introductive language explaining the objectives of the research. Questionnaire consists of 25 open and closed questions along with spare space for comments according to the rules of Srevqual.

Questions were put in a sequence and show a meaningful logic which covers an Arab patient journey for UK health care services. The advantage of this was to incorporate the entire experience and then the comparison will be made by using the filter question because every patient journey is individual.

Limitation of the Methodology:

The chosen topic is basically about the UK health care, to get useful information there are lot of constrain at the very beginning of the study e.g. permission from hospital authorities to meet Arab patients etc. these are very compulsory and time consuming.

Arabs patient belong to a society where hospitality is their cultural and traditional. They fully assured and welcoming in completing the questionnaires.

Questionnaire was translated from English into Arabic to fulfil the requirement of those patients, who are not able to understand English. Arab women are more strict about veil or Hijab and do not prefer to meet strangers from outside and also mostly illiterate but due to Islamic teaching they can write, read the Arabic. English style questionnaire was accompanied with Arabic questionnaire to get absolute data.

Findings:
