TPACK框架在高中英语阅读教学中的推广思考

摘要:本文是一篇英语阅读论文,本研究选取了登封市第一高级中学的124名学生作为研究对象,在整个教学实验中探讨了两个问题: (1) TPACK框架对学生的英语阅读态度和兴趣有什么影响? (2) TPACK框架对学生的英语阅读成绩有什么影响?

本文是一篇英语阅读论文,笔者认为TPACK框架是学生进行个性化阅读的有效工具。应用TPACK框架于高中英语阅读教学中为教师指导阅读教学提供了新的思路,也为英语教学改革开辟了新的途径。同时也为广大一线英语教师应如何在高中英语阅读教学中使用TPACK框架提供一些建议。

Chapter One Introduction

1.1 Research Background

As new technology and information technology are developing rapidly, English teaching in high schools is being put to a new challenge in the new era. How to effectively combine modern information technology with high school English teaching is an important issue in front of teachers. With the background of “Internet+”, this thesis discusses the strategies of applying information technology in high school English classroom teaching from three aspects. The Ministry of Education released the 14th Five-Year Plan for Education Informatization in June 2021, stating in Article 6 that “We should create information-based teaching conditions which connected with information technology to the new era. Then the teachers can meet the demands of society for excellence in the cultivation of talent.” President Xi Jinping also stated in the report of the 19th Party Congress that “Education is a decisive cause for the great revitalization of the Chinese nation.” 

Under the background of the information age and the fierce competition among countries in the world, the development of education informatization teaching has become the inevitable choice of the times. China is in a new period of building a well-off society and realizing socialist modernization. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the social economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards, people pay more and more attention to the quality of basic education. The state has implemented a new curriculum reform and has released the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) and the Ten-Year Development Plan for Education Informatization (2011-2020). 

1.2 Research Significance

In the era of rapid development of education, information technology has gained an important position in it. Therefore, many forms of technology, such as the Internet, intelligent learning software, computer labs, and tablet computers, can be useful learning resources in today’s teaching and learning process. With the help of the cloud class learning platform, the full application of the TPACK framework to English reading teaching has the following positive meaning: 

Theoretically, learners can use TPACK knowledge and technical equipment to read independently for a long time and develop good reading habits. At the same time, learners can deal with the current reading learning efficiently and actively. When the TPACK framework is integrated into the English reading classroom and relies on a specific learning platform (Cloud Class APP), students can process reading-related knowledge by establishing positive internal cognitive bonds in a constructivist learning environment. And with the help of technical tools to assist English reading learning, it can be easier for them to configure knowledge in their minds.

Practically, using the TPACK framework can not only improve the teaching level of educators integrating technology, but also continuously improve teachers’ own knowledge structure.
