1.0 Executive Summary
Tesco is an international company based on United Kingdom which retails many kinds of consumables. It is the third large retailers all over the world and established many supermarkets in several continents. Restraint consuming of consumers make it hard to operate supermarkets; however, Tesco did well in 2008 which could be introduced to others. Nevertheless, it met several declines in 2008 so that it made some changes for improving. The problems is about the performance of Tesco in 2009, the year of recovering and is about what strategies would be adopted by
