摘要:至从2001年中国加入世界贸易组织后,我国中小企业的出口量大大的增多,伴随着出口量的增加,我国中小企业间的竞争面临国内和国际的双重压力,低价竞销便成为了我国中小企业出口企业惯用的竞争手段。我国很多中小企业采取这个竞争手段争夺市场, 部分国内同行业之间的低价竞销也愈演愈烈,影响了整个进出口市场的秩序,压低了中小企业的利润, 而且过度的价格竞争更是将我国企业的利润拱手让给外商,同时外国认为这些竞争手段有“倾销”的嫌疑,导致许多国家对于我国的出口产品实施贸易制裁。
