I. Introduction
To meet the needs of the overall reform of the new curriculum in elementary 代写留学生论文Education, the set of English materials the New Goal for compulsory education is adapted from the original textbook Go for it by People’s Education Press and Thomson Learning in America cooperation. After based on interviewing classes, visiting the teachers and talking with the students, it is found that the teachers and students in rural areas accumulated lots of experience while using the New Goal, as well as more perplexity and problems. There is also some experience, cognition and understanding about rural students’ education.
II. The distinct characteristics of the New Goal

And the process of learning English for these students is also to finish the process of learning tasks. The importance is to stress their participation and acquiring experience, which really reflects the standard that “Students are the focus”.
The knowledge in grammars seems to be more complex, but the grammar structures render in order. To teach in accordance with the activities scheduled on teaching materials, not only will the students’ reading skills take a high degree of training, but their listening skills and speaking skills could meet a great challenge also well.
