Background

In this knowledge-based economy time, enterprises have to keep changing to adapt to globalization. According to Stuart Crainer, who is an expert on business and management, a good entrepreneur is supposed to be good at managing time, dealing with complexity, facing uncertainty and flexibility, dealing with people. Thus entrepreneurs seem to force themselves to become superman and superwoman to run a successful company. Fortunately a good entrepreneur is also supposed to be adept at managing a team.
