摘要：本文是一篇英国留学毕业论文。在工作中，人们会遇到各种各样的压力，如就业竞争加剧,文化思想剧变,全球化大范围弥漫开来，恐怖主义肆无忌惮地扩张，新技术的不断发展，年迈的父母和亲戚急需照顾,年度绩效评估,外包工作要求的不断提高，以及雇主需求的不断提高要求更高的生产效率，这都给人们的生活带来了极大的压力和阻碍。本文简要分析如何处理这些压力，并提出处理这些压力的有效措施。
