This is important to ensure the increasing of team performance and the fluency of the team management in the organization.

Besides that, this study also contributes to the management and employees as a guideline or reference to evaluate the team performance, whether it is in good or bad condition. Thus, this study aims at providing the management of organization a comprehensive view about the teams and an understanding that team is one of the key factors to organization success.

c) Researchers

Through this study, the researchers are able to understand the factors affecting team performance in private education sector. Besides, they are able to obtain more information about teams and how teams lead to success. Furthermore, this study can act as a reference to the researchers on discussing and evaluating factors related to the team performance. Hence, hopefully this study could be a source of information and helps the researchers to improve on their future study or research.

This research study consists of five main chapters:

Chapter 1: Introduction

In this chapter, it discusses the research background and the importance of the research that has been chosen which is factors that affecting team performance in private education sector. This includes the problem statement, research objectives and questions, significance of study, chapter layout and conclusion.

Chapter 2: literature review

In chapter two, discussion and evaluation of others reviews, articles or research studies related to the factors that affect team performance are explained. Definition and relevant information of team performance is explained in this particular chapter.

Chapter 3: Research methodology

In this chapter, details of research methodology are covered such as primary and secondary data which has been used in conducting the present research. This chapter includes the data collection methods, sampling design, research instrument, data processing, data analysis, samples used, construct measurement, and conclusion.

Chapter 4: Research Result

In chapter four, the collected data are analyzed. Table, graphs, and diagrams are being used to present the result of our research in an effective manner. This includes the descriptive analysis, scale measurement, inferential analysis and conclusion of this chapter.

Chapter 5: Discussion and Conclusion

In chapter five, the research results are discussed, including the findings, answers, to research questions, explanation, investigation and interpretation of the results. It also includes the implications, limitations and recommendations about how the present research fit into existing literatures and articles which have been reviewed by other researchers. At last, we need to conclude the entire research project in line with the research objectives set.
